While Here-Mentre Sono Qui

Over the last 27 years, Marina has spent a considerable amount of time in the Alpi Apuane in a small village in Commune di Careggine (LU), where she has access to a house with a studio. Her longstanding relationship with people in this area, and her more recent relationship with Fondazione Ricci Barga reveals the depth of her attachment to the region. Working mainly in London, every return visit has been an important interruption. While Here-Mentre Sono Qui stems from an active presence of listening and sensing as a way of engaging with, responding to, and interacting with the environment of this region.
